act of trust in God
"I am so confident, my God, that you watch over those who trust in you, I'm so confident you can not miss anything when we expect all of you, I resolved to live in the future without any concern and I unload on you with all my concerns. Men can strip me and property and honor; diseases can take my strengths and how to serve you, I can even lose your grace by sin, but I never lose my hope, I will keep it until the last moment of my life, and all the demons of hell will at that time in vain to snatch me.
That each expecting their happiness or their wealth or their talents, or that others rely on the innocence of their lives or the severity of their penance, or the number of their charities, or the fervor of their prayer for me, Lord, my trust is my own confidence.
This confidence is never deceived anyone. I'm sure I'll be eternally happy because I hope forever to be and that is you, O my God, I hope.
